You just fill in a couple of simple accompaniments, and it’ll return a boatload of records.     As many others have stated, this is an extremely user-friendly piece of software. In terms of trustworthiness, I assessed it quite thoroughly. I didn’t just take Investopedia’s word for it; I looked up those “scamadvisor” sites. Negative press always gets attention, so I googled “white source” as an affiliate to see what came up. And I went old school and called that number. It does lead to an office where there are people who seem pretty human, and very polite.

    I got a really good deal and I’m glad I made the purchase. I actually upgraded to 40,000 leads a month because I went through the 20,000 leads from the first month so quickly. It’s not perfect, but no lead generation tool is. And to be honest, I’m not sure I’d even want a tool that could find all the leads in every database because then I’m sure I’d violate some terms of service, but this tool seems to find a lot more than what I could manually write down and it does an okay job of filtering out the crap.

    I have been using the lead generation system for two days. It seemed fine at first, until I began to check the accuracy of the contact information. For instance, I found that quite a few of the individuals who had supposedly (according to Linkedin) left the company were still listed in the lead generation system as current employees. And yet, even people who had for sure left the building had their email addressed archaic like my uncle’s @aol.com. Any contacts I reached out to through this system would almost certainly be to people who no longer worked for the companies with whom I was trying to forge a connection, and some of them would definitely not reach the right person.

    The built-in categories of LeadRocks make it a decent, if not great, tool for lead generation. That is, unless your niche is unlisted. Once you see that your niche is actually on their list, you can do research on the job title to find leads, even for a non-US country. However, the limited number of leads from the non-US country we tried makes us think this tool probably works best in the States. Nonetheless, it is a good price if the leads are a sure thing.

    When I bought it, I gave it a go right away and found myself rapidly learning that it cannot “search in the US” but instead must “search somewhere else in the US.” The response from its support team couldn’t have been more different.     At first look, this seemed like a good buy, so we went ahead and subscribed to it three times. After using it for a while, we found that the information we can get from it is really outdated. If your business operates in an industry that’s undergoing a lot of hiring or changes, like the industry I’m in, fintech, then you know that the hiring landscape is really fluid and moves at a really fast pace. Sometimes you’ll also notice if you pay attention to that the people that you do actually know that work at a company have random weird email addresses that have nothing to do with their name. So you use further judgment there.

    I bought three codes, figuring this product would work great for my job and team. Unfortunately, my team can’t even use the product because I can’t update the email address (the codes are apparently permanently tied to my address), and the customer support has been terrible. When I asked to update the address, they said they can’t do it. All modern systems have a way to update an email, so that’s just weird.

If you go to https://www.leadrocks.io/#Pricing, you will see what I mean when I say that all plans supposedly come with “unlimited users.” However, when I talked with customer service in their live chat, they told me that, in reality, this hasn’t been set up yet and won’t be until sometime next year. It’s not great to list something as part of all your plans when it hasn’t even been put in place!

    It appears to be a good tool, but it did not produce a single lead in my industry. I cater to publishers of board games and card games, and I could not find even one possible lead. It was so bad that I wanted to know if other people had the same experience, so I searched for reviews. I did not find many, but in one of them, a person mentioned that they, too, found no leads.

    I want to be able to filter my search results so that I only see the entries with phone numbers. Ideally, I would like to do this during the search process, rather than having to go back and manually select each entry that has a phone number. This way, I can easily export just the relevant entries for my cold-calling list. Email is not as favorable for me, for many reasons, so being able to see just the entries with phone numbers would really make my day. There is just not much reason, when you consider all the problems, to use what is essentially a SPAM (or malware!) line to make phone calls.

For instance, there are nearly half a million chiefs of executive offices in America on LinkedIn, yet when I look in this website for CEOs, “Leadrocks” produces fewer results. That’s what I told its customer service before I decided to buy four copies of their product several months ago. While it was not until today that I discovered there is little difference between their previous product and these new features that they added for their new product Closely.

I like it so much, in fact, that I have invested $67,000 a month into it just for the leads, and I’ll be getting some more credit for my money with some new stacks I’m going to buy. The support has been fantastic, especially considering the number of times I have them in my inbox. You would think I’m dick-riding (yeah, you heard me) at this point, but I’m just that enthusiastic.     We have attempted to run several campaigns via LeadRocks, but, regrettably, it seems that the leads for these campaigns filed their contact info under several different circumstances: as a sale, for additional help, or with support.Another problem we’ve run into is the appearance of having a very high open rate. We have leads labeled with IDs that look like info and support email addresses and that we know are linked to different CRMs registered under our employees’ data. So the leads look real, and to an AI that’s searching for patterns, they might well be. But they’re not, and, in hindsight, we think it was a bad idea even to try it out.After nearly a year, it’s well past time for us to level with the world, because, from here on out, we can only be a customer or a prospective customer, and in neither role can we say we like or even that we can do anything useful with the product.

    I don’t really like giving bad reviews. But I’ve been using LeadRocks for quite some time now, and occasionally emails just don’t get delivered—they make it all the way to poor—something like twenty percent don’t land at all. When that happens, it’s like we never sent it to begin with. And, to make matters worse, there’s a general lack of updates to the system. For instance, we still have to log in the old-fashioned way, using email and password, and the company has told us they won’t be doing anything about it soon.
