It’s a pity that this tool doesn’t work well for me. It has the potential to be an excellent tool. However, I encountered some problems with the Shopify app. I’ve reached out to their support team multiple times, but they were of no help—either they didn’t understand my issue, or they didn’t know how to resolve it. The impression I got from my interactions is that they lack a deep understanding of Shopify.

I obtained Trustmate through appsumo a long time ago. But I did not start using it for a while. We hit a couple of interferences during setup, which made it very clunky to use. Still, after a few hops, we managed to finish setting it up and almost didn’t spot any more interferences. They made a great difference in progress, though – everything began to smooth out.
