When TrustBucket was discontinued, I had no choice but to go with this tool, but to be honest, even if TrustBucket were still available, I would probably be using JustReview because of the many platforms it supports.

I was able to successfully implement the bottom screen widget, which not only works but looks good doing so. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the testimonials widget. While it carries a higher priority for conversion, it didn’t work correctly in an on-page deployment, and I did try multiple times. When rendering the space and even a slight loading flub, it just seemingly refused to appear on screen. I relayed the issue to the powers that be, and, yes, they did respond, but they wanted me to reproduce the issue on my end, and I just couldn’t bring myself to do it.Here, the fundamentals are Google or Facebook Reviews and the functioning of the widget. Since this is an HTML website, it requires three very specific code snippets. I must say, if it does not work super easily with “vanilla” HTML (i.e., not much else in terms of the way the website is set up), then I am not going to keep playing with it. Sure, the backend appeared to be an old Joomla! installation, but I’ll tell you the truth: The widgets at least looked good. If you can get them to work… well… suffice it to say, it would be nice.Considering the price of this package and the uncomplicated technology involved, I can’t help but feel it’s a little too much to pay. The issue really isn’t much to contend with.
